I’m a qualified nutritionist and yoga instructor with over 8 years of experience . I wanted to create a safe space where it is non-judgemental and everyone has the opportunity to grow and create positive lifelong habits in the food they eat and yoga practice. .

Many women come to me after trying fad diets or Jenny Craig with the limiting belief that they will never lose weight and get healthy.

 The Yoga & Weight Loss nutritional Program will help you identify your challenges and goals, improve your body image and mind-body connection, learn about self-love and acceptance, improve your relationship with food, learn to make delicious food healthier, learn to listen to your body when you’re hungry and improve your eating cycles along with creating a yoga and meditation practice to help control emotional hunger and increase awareness and flexibility in your body and mind. 

After this 12 week Program you will get clear about what steps you need to take to create a yoga practice and  lose weight for good. You will  become aware of the right way of exercising when you’re overweight, get out of your comfort zone and make lasting changes, create new habits that help you lose weight without being hungry and find out what motivates you and keeps you in balance.
