I created these private yoga sessions for women who have been taken by life and not comfortable in the “skin they are in” These sessions will teach how to reconnect with body and mind teach you how to regulate your self in the storm of “life.”

 

These private session are great for those trying to reach their weight loss goal by getting their sweat on in gentle but challenging yoga poses or those that want to learn the basics of yoga or both? 

 

Many women come to me after feeling stressed out or very tight in their bodies to find relief and help them create a practice they can create at home, as well as in the studio. 

After your 4/6 sessions you will be able to move more freely in your mind and body, as well as in on the mat at home or local yoga class. You will build strength and confidence to help you move and accept your body by loving the “skin your in.”
